IDC Objectives

3. Assist early stage Saudi entrepreneurs in translating their ideas for products and services into those which are capable of forming real business enterprises.
4. To create new and lasting job opportunities in the market.
5. To raise the efficiency of small and medium enterprises through transferring skills into those entities through training and development programs.
6. To bridge the gap between the academic, industrial sectors, commercial and services sectors.
7. To encourage the local community to support innovation and entrepreneurship.
8. To assist young graduates of universities and technical institutes in building and developing their own businesses.
9. To help young researchers in order to make use of their researches’ results (outcomes), from lab work stage up to practical application phase.
10. To link emerging small industrial and commercial businesses locally with advanced industrial countries internationally
